Interxion Acquires Altus IT

DTB's M&A team headed by senior partner Damir Topić and attorney Dina Salapić advised Interxion in its acquisition of Altus IT. The transaction indicates an increased interest in the segment of M&A in the IT sector, both in Croatia and globally. 

Interxion:  a Digital Realty Company and a leading European provider of carrier- and cloud-neutral colocation data centre solutions, with more than 700 connectivity providers in over 100 data centres across 11 European countries. 

Altus IT: first carrier independent data center in Croatia.
