Professional Experience

From counseling to litigation, Vanja advises clients on all areas of intellectual property law and has extensive experience dealing with industrial property rights, unfair competition, licensing, IP due diligence assessments, copyright, e-commerce and advertising. Vanja helped found the Croatian Chamber of Trademark and Patent Attorneys in 2009 where she is appointed a disciplinary judge. In addition, Vanja is a Croatian contributor to International Trademark Association’s Madrid Practitioner’s Guide and International Oppositions Guide and is a member of the Enforcement Committee of the International Trademark Association and a Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group member. Vanja is also appointed trademark agent before the Croatian State Intellectual Property Office and in 2010 Vanja was appointed as a domain name disputes panelist at CARNet (Croatian Academic and Research Network).
