Professional Experience

Saša Divjak has been a senior partner of the firm since 1994 and is head of the firm’s Corporate, Employment and IT practice groups. With more than 15 years of continuous counseling in major projects for market leaders in the Croatian and regional business community, Saša has extensive experience handling corporate and employment matters. In addition, Saša has specialized knowledge of the telecommunications, media, commercial insurance, and IT industries having advised many clients on complex matters in those industries.
