Professional Experience

Emir Bahtijarević has been practicing law since 1995 and has been a senior partner of the Divjak, Topic & Bahtijarevic law firm since 1998. Emir is head of the Real Estate, Project Finance, PPP and Energy Law practice groups and was appointed as Managing Partner of the Firm in November 2009. He frequently collaborates with international law firms in cross-border transactions and takes part in international conventions and forums. Emir led legal teams in a number of highly sensitive local and international transactions.
